Bristol collective Looney Bergonzi have dropped their newest track, ‘Hole Foods’. It’s a scrappy, surreal slice of what the band call Post (Art School) Jangle. It’s a lo-fi mesh of creaking guitars and the scraping sound of violins, combined with stitched-together noise fragments and surreal lyrics. They say the track “tells the story of desiring a more balanced lifestyle, one in which being in the grey area comes naturally. It’s about enjoying the simple pleasures of life and never needing more.” The track is lifted from their debut EP, looney bergonzi, EP1, is out now via BWGiBWGAN and they can be seen live around the UK in 2025. -Dan Peeke
